Just 20 minutes from Parkersburg WV, from Rt. 2 turn right on Rt. 16 (at Wendy's) then proceed 1/2 mile. Watch for the sign on the left for the Dog Shelter and follow the gravel road up the hill to the shelter.
Cat Shelter

2709 North Pleasants Highway (Rt. 2)
Traveling north east from St. Marys on Rt. 2. the Cat Shelter is 2.8 miles past Rt. 16 (Wendy's). Coming from the Dog Shelter, you'll turn right on Rt. 2 and proceed 2.8 miles. Shelter (trailer) is on the left.
